This is probably the most common question we receive in our store and over the phone.
Thankfully the answer is YES! If you haven’t washed or waxed your vehicle recently there is a good chance that dirt, dust, and other fallout have built up on the surface of your car leaving it rough to the touch. To get that smooth feeling back we recommend using our Perfect Putty Kit (which is available in our Online Store). You can also purchase the needed products separately, if you would like. Once you have the products, the first step would be to wash the vehicle, then you can use our Paint Gloss with either a Clay Bar, Clay Mitt, or Clay DA Pad to remove the build up. The final step would then be to apply a wax to help protect against future build up. We recommend using Ultra Coat Polish (a polish with wax), but any of our other waxes will work too. Following these steps will have your car’s finish smooth and showroom new in no time.

Yes, we do. In fact most of our products are biodegradable. We also carry a few other products such as Epic Waterless Wash, which are guaranteed to be 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Epic Waterless Wash is becoming the product of choice for mobile detailers in the Bay Area, due to the numerous water and city restrictions.

The easiest and best way is to routinely wash your vehicle. Start by getting 2 Wash Buckets, 1 for the wheels and 1 for the body. It is always a good idea to keep your wheel cleaning mitts and brushes separate because the contaminates on your wheels can easily scratch the finish of your vehicle. Next, spray on a wheel cleaner, such as Brake Buster (a non-acid cleaner). If the wheels are extremely dirty you may need to use a brush to help loosen the build up. Then, rinse off the body and wheels and begin washing your vehicle with a wash mitt and pH balanced soap such as Wash and Wax. Always wash top to bottom, never bottom to top. Rinse when done and dry with a chamois. In addition to washing, we always recommend waxing your vehicle every 2-3 months to help prevent future build up on the body of the vehicle. We carry a variety of Waxes for any need or preference. This process will help maintain your vehicle and keep the finish looking great.
